DOCUMENT / STATUS A.B.S.H HAITIAN ASSOCIATION OF GOOD SAMARITANS (ABSH) CONTRIBUTES TO LIGHT IN THE LIFE, THE UNIT AND GROWTH. On April 14, 2001, the Executive Committee considered and voted ABSH to this statute establishing our strategic issues for the Association in Haiti. The vision articulated in the statute focuses on the quality of life, unity and growth as the three core values that identify the members and leaders throughout the country. STRATEGIC ISSUES A.B.S.H * The mission is ABSH: Helping Deprived Children in Education, Health and Nutrition to better serve his country. The Executive Committee, in response to mission members focuses on three strategic issues: a good quality of life, unity and growth. Our deepest desire is that in forming a community of joy and peace, each individual will experience an unconditional commitment to the children. This commitment results from a personal experience, active participation in the life of ABSH service and compassion to the wider community in the country. * Private Association founded in the Years 2001, religious denominations. The acronym for Association: ABSH (Association of Haitian Good Samaritans) Objective, "Helping Children Deprived on the Educational, Health and Nutritious" with headquarters at St. Philomena Top Ed'H # 76 in Cape Haiti. * To be members of this Association, must be of age under 18 years and over, Having a family life, be of Haitian nationality, never renounced his country, been residing in Haiti over the past ten years and have no criminal record. * The Association has its own way of organizing the election, the right member is proposed that the committee itself provides Interima has the right to carefully study the candidates and after we pass the votes to be elected, it reaches the right 6 out of 10 voters for each job. The elections took place right before three months. * During the mandate of the Steering Committee, we can replace one or more members compared to the behavior or if (s) could (s) have other different objectives at the expense of the Association. Leaders indicate ABSH and realize their services to their local fields so that the authorities find these expressions to in this Association by: 1 - Quality of life and ABSH by: a) Members whose life demonstrates and illustrates the peace and respect for individual rights, the restoration of Haiti and anticipation ahead. b) The non-violence, does not accept ABSH contempt, ignorance (...) c) The development of personal and family groups for a life of joy and peace. d) Regular training to become responsible people to witness and involvement in activities ABSH e) Individuals responsible ABSH or members who are and are seen as model citizens in the community whose values and spiritual life, mental and physical are coupled with compassion and service. 2 - The unit members demonstrated by: a) Cohesion in the mission due to approval by an association guided by the vision of the core members based on the strategy and focus on poor children. b) Unit members: Experienced in the creation and preservation of the community including the ethnic and cultural diversity. 3 - Growth in A.B.S.H demonstrated by: a) People who have rich experience in social life which have found high interest in working and engaged in an active witness. b) The rate of access and retention in growing local ABSH. c) A positive impact of the presence of Good Samaritans Association of Haitians in the community. d) ABSH is managed by a hierarchy whose democratic distribution of power or jurisdiction is established according to the organization including the following major branches: - A committee of managing directors and - A committee activities. e) The general assembly valid for 2/3 meet once a year to punish activities and vote on resolutions proposed by management including other bodies responsible for forming the board implementation. f) ABSH is an association of legal persons, apolitical and non-profit. It may acquire movable and immovable property, may sell or purchase, lease or rent, to appear or be represented by court-not to defend its interests but in any case, it can not encourage such as in personal political activities. g) funds expended for ABSH can implement programs / projects for children, pay salaries to all those who provide a full-time and part-time as part of executing a specific program. Salaries were set following the availability of funds of the Association. Members rights given a specific contribution to each activity and each ordinary meeting, a financial report each year set by law all members of the Steering Committee. h) The transmission of the inheritance, property and personal property of ABSH and its mission to the next generation.
